Education. Community. Conversation.
A space for thoughtful, evidence-based conversations about panic, anxiety, and mental health — both in person and online
About Us
The Collective is a community-based extension of Michelle Stiles’ work as a therapist — created to bring education, collaboration, and connection beyond the therapy room.
This is not therapy.
But it is a space for:
• Live educational workshops
• In-person community gatherings
• Therapist-led book clubs
• Professional networking events
• Collaborative lectures
• Virtual trainings and webinars
Everything we host is grounded in evidence-based information and designed to feel thoughtful, welcoming, and real.
The Community Lounge
Located in Armory Square
202 Walton Street, Suite 203
Syracuse, NY
The Community Lounge is our in-person gathering space designed for intimate, intentional events.
It hosts:
• Therapist-led book clubs
• Small group wellness offerings
• Educational lectures
• Networking gatherings
• Collaborative professional events
• Community discussions
The space was created to feel grounded and calm — somewhere conversations can unfold without feeling rushed or clinical.
Meet Michelle and her dog Reba. Michelle has a passion to bring connection over competition in the business space locally and just tries to be a good human being and neighbor. Reba does all of this naturally and loves connecting with guests and tennis balls.
Michelle is also a licensed therapist specializing in OCD and panic. If you’re looking for therapy services you can learn more here.
Virtual Workshops & Trainings
Not local? You can still participate.
Let’s Work Together
We believe mental health education should extend beyond individual therapy.
We welcome conversations about:
• Hosting collaborative workshops
• Speaking engagements
• Corporate wellness programming
• Referral relationships
• Community-based mental health education
If you’re interested in collaborating, we’d love to connect.
